Naval Bhatia has been practicing law in Supreme Court and various High Courts of India. He was called to the Bar in 1985 after graduating in Law from Delhi University.
Naval Bhatia has served as Legal Consultant for a number of corporate and other organizations. He is also the founder of the B2B legal portals www.waqalat.com and www.waqalatarbitration.com. During his tenure as CEO of these portals, he was successful in bringing world renowned Arbitrators on the Panel, including former Chief Justice of Wales Australia and Vice President of London Court of International Arbitration, Mr. Bernard Cremades. Among luminaries in domestic Arbitration the names include two former Chief Justices of India and 26 retired Supreme Court and High Court Judges.
