For contracts below and equal to Rs. 2,00,000/-

Rs. 200/ per contract

For contracts above Rs. 2,00,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/-

Rs. 500/ per contract

For contracts above Rs. 5,00,000/-

Rs. 1000/ per contract

For contracts where the contract cannot be expressed in money value

Rs. 1000/- per contract

Where the monetary value of the contract amount cannot be ascertained

Rs. 1000/- per contract

(The Registration amount to be paid equally by each contracting party, or by any one of the party, or as mutually agreed by the contracting parties.)

In case of a dispute, the administrative charges will be as under:

For disputes below or equal to Rs. 25 lacs

Rs. 5,000/-

For disputes above 25 lacs

Rs. 10,000/-

(This amount is to be paid equally by each contracting party or by referring party, or as mutually agreed by the contracting parties.)

In addition to the above, the charges for Arbitration per Arbitrator shall be as under:

For disputes below or equal to Rs. 50,000

Rs. 5000/- + Rs. 750/- per hearing

For disputes from Rs. 50,001 to Rs. 5,00,000

Rs. 7500/- + Rs. 1000/- per hearing

For disputes from Rs. 5,00,001 and above

Rs. 10,000/- + 1% of the amount by which the total amount in dispute exceeds Rs. 5,00,000 subject to a maximum of Rs. 75,000/- + Rs. 1500/- per hearing
